When purchasing high priced investment pieces of tech for your home, If possible stick to one brand. This is because it ensures that usage and functionality throughout your home is easier to manage.
When I bought my first TV I went for Hitachi. This was simply because my parents bought Hitachi I knew from experience that they were reliable TVs. It wasn’t till I bought my second Hitachi and lost one of my remote controls down the side of my sofa that I realised the relevance. I had a spare remote!
Then there is the aesthetic aspect. Buying one brand throughout your home just looks cleaner, fresher and more succinct. It made my flat look like a show-home!
Unconventionally, I bought white TVs as it also makes the space look more aligned and created a more modern feel. I like simplicity so also went with a white Bose docking station to tie it all together.
Whether you are buying one, two or ten TVs, you’ll appreciate the notion of keeping it chic to create a more seamless environment.
(All 3 TVs were purchases from Ebay. 21 inch, 24 inch and 32 inch Hitachi TVs with a total cost of less than £500)
